2026 StitchFest Emporium Class Details

The class room and conference rooms are bright and inviting with floor to ceiling windows!

Shopping Hours:
Friday, October 9th: 4pm - 8pm (For VIPs only!)
Saturday, October 10th: 9am - 6pm with a break for lunch
Sunday, October 11th: 10am - 4pm with a break for lunch

Stitching rooms will be open daily from 8am to Midnight.

Hotel Info:
You can book your stay at the Embassy Suites for a discounted rate of $159 + tax for rooms with one king bed and $179 + tax for rooms with two queen beds. Each room can accommodate up to four guests at that rate - the extra guest charge has been waived! When booking please select only one or two guests. At check-in you can request up to four keys and add the names of any additional guests.

Our group will receive free parking!

Attendee Cancellation Policy:
We understand that things happen! If you are not able to attend please let us know right away by giving us a call at 269-685-9418 or send us an email.

Cancellations made prior to September 1st will receive a refund minus the applicable credit card processing fee.

Cancellations made on or after September 1st will be non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another stitcher.

Classes and Round Robins are non-refundable and kit(s) will be shipped to you immediately following the show.
