Hotel Info:
You can book your stay at the Embassy Suites for a discounted rate of $159 + tax for rooms with one king bed and $179 + tax for rooms with two queen beds. Each room can accommodate up to four guests at that rate - the extra guest charge has been waived! When booking please select only one or two guests. At check-in you can request up to four keys and add the names of any additional guests.

Attendee Cancellation Policy:
We understand that things happen! If you are not able to attend please let us know right away by giving us a call at 269-685-9418 or send us an email.

Cancellations made prior to September 8th will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Cancellations made on or after September 9th will be non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another stitcher.

Classes and Round Robins are non-refundable and kit(s) will be shipped to you immediately following the show.
